Where are our products made?


Our products are made in Arlington, Washington.




Do you offer refunds/or exchanges?


Yes of course we do! We offer refunds and exchanges. We are always happy to deal with any product replacements and refunds in an easy-going manner. We do offer exchanges/replacement on any damaged products and a handful of other concerns. If there is a damaged product or you’re truly not happy with it for a legitimate reason, please email a picture of the item and its original package/label (if still available) to info@lamainbeauty.com




Do you sell your products in retail stores?


Not yet! But we do have a retail and wholesale store in at Kooki Tower Shop 715B via Buganda Road opposite CPS Kampala, Uganda. We also do plan on selling in other retail stores in the future. Do you test on animals?


Our products are cruelty-free; we do not condone animal testing.




What forms of payment are accepted?


We currently accept PayPal payments, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover Card® We do not accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks.




How much is shipping?


Shipping costs depend on your order and location. We do offer flat rate for domestic shipping from $8.00. All shipping is processed via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and insurance is available through USPS. Any false claims of missing packages will not be honored once the courier confirms a delivery. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided. How can I check my status order?


The quickest way to check the status of ordered items is through www.usps.com or to sign in to your account via www.lamainbeauty.com and go to Order History. You may also email Customer Service at customer service at info@lamainbeauty.com or call 253-282-0682, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.




How quickly will my order be processed?


We process and ship orders within 1 to 5 business days. Check www.lamainbeauty.com for shipping options and delivery times.




Can I order by Fax, Mail or Phone?


We do not accept mail, fax or phone orders.




Does Lamain Beauty ship internationally?


Yes we do.
